Garden-inspired chocolates are available on a seasonal basis. Dolce Bella Chocolates takes freshness to a whole new level. Berries, citrus, flowers, and herbs are picked the very morning, sometimes within minutes of being incorporated into a creamy ganache and piped into a hand-molded chocolate shell. The results are fresh flavors rarely found out of the garden. We use dark chocolate for most of our ganaches, but white chocolate allows some of the delicate flavors such as raspberry, passion fruit, meyer lemon, and Tahitian vanilla to come through. Our chocolates are made with E-Guittard chocolate locally made using old-world traditional methods since the 1860s. None of our chocolates contain extracts or preservatives.
